Little Jewels supports the Central Government offer of free entitlement to 2, 3 & 4 year olds.

2, 3- and 4-year-olds meeting the eligibility criteria are entitled to 15 hours of free early years provision from the start of the term beginning on or following the date:

• children born in the period 1 January to 31 March: 1 April following the child’s third birthday, or second birthday, as applicable

• children born in the period 1 April to 31 August: 1 September following the child’s third birthday, or second birthday, as applicable

• children born in the period 1 September to 31 December: 1 January following the child’s third birthday, or second birthday, as applicable

 

Some 2-year-olds are eligible for 15 hours of free early years provision under the Early Learning for 2-year-olds if the parent(s) are not working and are claiming certain benefits, have a Education, Health and Care (EHC) Plan, is entitled to Disability Living Allowance or is looked after by a local authority.  For more information on funded hours for 2 year olds visit Help with childcare costs | Haringey Council .​​

Children of working parents aged 9 ,months to 4 years can get 30 hours funded childcare.  To find out if you are eligible  use the GOV.UK Childcare Calculator to check what help you could get with childcare costs.  Funding will only be sort once you have an 11 digit code from HMRC.
